Issue with images

For my magazine cover i had looked at using stephen thurley a classmate who has the main role in my trailer, i had been looking for him to look shocked and scared so that it would look as though he had heard a noise behind him and he has turned round in worry of not knowing what was behind him, an i would leave a black gap on the page so that it gave the impression that he was looking into the unknown/darkness. However the first time i did this the images did not look convinving enough and did not have suitable charecteristics that made the film stand out as a horror therefore i would have to retake the images and try and make stephen act so that his faced looked very scared and worried as if he had really heard something behind him so that the realism would shine through.
